loyhq Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Aesthiq ("loyhq", "we", "us") for use of the loyhq platform, the loyhq.com website, your business subdomain, and the My Rewards app. By creating an account or using loyhq, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
1. What loyhq does
loyhq is a loyalty and rewards platform that lets a business run a points program, a branded customer portal, and a staff front desk. You are responsible for how you run your program and for the rewards you offer your customers.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account, including your staff.
- You must be at least 18 and use loyhq for a real business.
3. Plans, trial, and billing
- loyhq is a paid subscription: $99 per month or $990 per year, billed through our payment processor, Stripe.
- New accounts start with a 7-day free trial that requires a card. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the plan starts and your card is charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period.
- If a charge fails, your program is paused until billing is fixed; we'll email you and retry the charge.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with advance notice.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use loyhq to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, attempt to access another business's data, probe or disrupt the service, or upload harmful code. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your customers' data
When you use loyhq, you decide what customer information to collect (such as name, email, or phone) and you're responsible for having the right to collect and use it. We process that information on your behalf to run your program, as described in our Privacy Policy. Each business's data is kept separate from every other business.
6. Availability
We work to keep loyhq running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of major changes when we can.
7. Disclaimers and liability
loyhq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using loyhq and cancel anytime. We may suspend or end your account if you breach these terms or don't pay. On termination, your access ends; you can request an export of your data before it's deleted (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use loyhq means you accept the new terms.
